Individual Therapy

Together, we can work to heal traumas big & small, minimize addictive, harmful behaviors, improve relationships, & stop the internal and external battles. I pull from many therapeutic approaches, to include Expressive Art Therapy, Somatic therapy, Jungian Psychology, Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, & Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, among others.

I offer therapy for individuals (ages pre-teen to adults) in a person-centered, solution-focused space, for real & timely progress. I can apply my knowledge of human behavior & psychology towards healing for most mental health concerns. I have additional specialized training in sexuality, couples therapy, addiction, grief, and working with adolescents/teens.
